before I was so insane, didn't know what i needed to do
asking myself who I really am
before I was so afraid, things were going wrong
asking myself where I'm going to

then I saw this light from up above it shone like sun lighting up my path

I reached for it and I knew I'm on the right way,Jesus gave this life to me
He was the one who led me through that light!

Now here I am to stand giving Him the best I can give
praising His name, trying to live by His will

it is better to light just one little candle than to stumble in the dark better far that you light just one little candle all you need is a tiny spark if we all say a prayer that the world would be free a wonderful dawn of a new day we'll see and if everyone lit just one little candle what a bright world this would be
